Industry Veteran Lisa Jeffrey Joins Citi Retail Services as Senior Vice President, Business Development
New Executive Hire Further Bolsters Roster of Industry Experts for Citi Retail Services
ELK GROVE VILLAGE, IL - Citi Retail Services recently announced a new addition to their Business Development Team, Lisa Jeffrey. Ms. Jeffrey will serve as senior vice president of Business Development, focusing on soft lines, including department stores and specialty apparel retailers.
Ms. Jeffrey joins Citi with over a decade of client development and financial services experience, including two years as the portfolio lead for the multi-billion dollar Neiman Marcus Group (NMG) program with Capital One. As the Director of Client Development, Ms. Jeffrey oversaw the transition of the NMG program from HSBC to Capital One, subsequently growing the business, launching many new innovations and ultimately securing a long-term extension of the relationship in a highly complex business and regulatory environment. Prior to her role at Capital One, Ms. Jeffrey worked with HSBC Credit and Co-Brand Cards as a Senior Account Executive for Client Development and Marketing.
"I believe Lisa's background, both professional and personal, will prove to be an invaluable add to our already strong team," says Citi's Rick Cunningham, Executive VP and Managing Director of Business Development. "Her strategic management skills, innovative thought process, client-centric focus, and desire for excellence are a great fit for our team and for Retail Services."
Ms. Jeffrey holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Western Ontario and has completed post-graduate work at Durham College. Lisa has been recognized by a number of organizations for her volunteer work and spent two years as a Tank Gunner in the Canadian Armed Forces Reserve. She recently completed a sabbatical in which she served as a ministry fellow with Princeton University's largest student organization, Princeton Faith and Action.
